Track your order

Enter your order number and the email you used to buy. You'll find it in your confirmation email (it starts with VX-).

How shipping works

Preparation: 1–2 business days after payment.
Shipping: as soon as your parcel leaves, we email you the tracking number. You'll also see it here.
Delivery: 8–15 business days from purchase to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Shipping is always free.
If you order several products, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Tracking not updating?

It's normal for the number to take 24–48 h to show the first scan, and for a day or two to pass without updates while in transit. If there's been no news for more than 5 business days, or the delivery window has passed, contact us and we'll check with the carrier: if the parcel is lost, we'll send you another one or refund you.
