What size should I choose?
Check the size guide next to the size selector. Measure around your ribcage just under your bust. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one: the back bands already give extra adjustment.
Does it really correct posture?
It helps you keep a more upright posture while you wear it because it guides your shoulders back. It is not a medical device and doesn't replace treatment: if you have persistent back pain, see a professional.
Does it show under clothes?
Under regular T-shirts and blouses, no. With very thin or sheer clothing, beige is the most discreet.
Can I wear it all day?
Yes, it's designed for everyday wear. If you've never used a posture corrector, start with a few hours and build up.
Is it good for exercise?
