Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases made on the English version of vurnix.com (prices in US dollars). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. We recommend saving or printing a copy.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. Some products may be sold to adults only; when that is the case, it is stated on the product page.

3. Products

We describe every product as accurately as we can, with photos, features and measurements. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Images are representative of the model you will receive.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable sales taxes. Shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland is free. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

5. How to place an order

1. Choose the product, its options (color, size) and the pack, and add it to your cart.
2. Click “Secure checkout” and you will be taken to Stripe's secure payment page.
3. Enter your shipping and payment details, review the summary and confirm.
4. You immediately receive an email with your order confirmation and receipt.

The contract is concluded in English when payment is confirmed. We keep an electronic record of your order and you can ask us for a copy at any time.

6. Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and, depending on your device, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card is charged when you confirm the order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and may require strong customer authentication (3D Secure) from your bank. If you need an invoice, email us with your billing details.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Estimated delivery is 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days. See Shipping & delivery for details.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to cancel the purchase without giving any reason (more than the legal minimum). See the procedure, exceptions and model form in Returns & exchanges.

9. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), in addition to any rights you have in your country. If a product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will repair it, replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

You can reach us at hola@vurnix.com or through the contact form. We reply within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, Spanish time).

11. Customer reviews

Only people who have bought a product can review it: the review link is tied to a verified payment and we check that the product was part of that order. We publish every review, positive or negative, without editing it; we only remove reviews containing insults, third parties' personal data or illegal content. We never pay or offer discounts in exchange for reviews.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence where the law allows it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force at the time it was placed.
