How to return a product

1. Email us at hola@vurnix.com with your order number and the product you want to return. You can also use the model form below.
2. We reply within 24 business hours with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the product well packed. We recommend a tracked shipping service.
4. We refund you to the original payment method within 14 days of you telling us about the return. We may wait until we receive the product (or proof that you have sent it) before refunding.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, in good condition and in its original packaging.
• Underwear and socks: for hygiene and health reasons we can only accept them unused, with their tags and in their original sealed packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
• We refund the full amount you paid for the product, including the original shipping costs (which are free in our store).

Size or color exchanges

Write to us and we'll explain how. The quickest option is usually to return the product and place a new order in the size or color you need, so you don't have to wait for the return to reach us.

Faulty products

If the product arrives broken, faulty or is not what you ordered, send us a photo. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost, and you won't need to send it back unless we ask you to. All products are also covered by a 3-year legal guarantee.

Model withdrawal form

You only need to fill in and send this form if you want to cancel the contract. An email with the same information works too.
